Our dry product has a long shelf life - at least one year.
After cooking the muffin, we recommend eating it within 10 minutes for optimal taste and freshness.
If your muffin came out too "doughy," we recommend microwaving it again in intervals of 10 seconds until it's the desired texture.
Our muffins are meant to be microwaved; however, they can also be used as a pancake mix.
Depending on your kitchen appliances and cooking preferences, feel free readjust any of these instructions to suit your needs.
1. Simply add ⅓ cup of water to our muffin mix (Use a separate mixing bowl or our paper cups for mixing)
2. Stir thoroughly until you have a smooth batter
3. Pour the batter into an oiled/greased frying pan or skillet
4. Set the stove to medium heat
5. Cook each side about 2 minutes

Although we are not officially certified, all of our ingredients are certified gluten-free. We use organic coconut flour and almond flour as a grain-free flour replacement.
Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates - Fiber - Sugar Alcohol (Not applicable in this case)
Simply put, the term refers to carbs that are not absorbed by the body.
Net carbohydrates are used to track carbohydrate intake while on a keto diet.

We do not ship to countries outside the US or Canada. All Canada purchases are charged an additional shipping fee.
We only sell 12 pack containers. If this is your first time ordering, we recommend trying the variety pack to get a taste of each flavor before committing to one.
